Power Grips Instructions
1. Slip your hand through the strap in the direction of the arrow located on the back of the strap. (You will and should have a tight fit going through).
2. The riveted part of the strap is always positioned on the back of the wrist with the arrows showing. If the arrow is not showing simply slip the strap through the slow in the Power Grip until it is positioned correctly.
3. Approach the bar with the grips hanging freely from the wrist. Hook the grips "under and around" the bar. Grip firmly with the hand as pictured.
Do not clip the Power Grips over the top of the bar.
Follow the directions and use carefully. Examine the equipment before each use and replace any broken or worn parts immediately.
